George A. Leimbach, MD

Dr. Leimbach became a member of the Center for Spinal Disorders team in January 2009.  He received his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine.  His residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation was completed at Jewish Hospital at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.  He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is Level II accredited by the Division of Workers’ Compensation.  Dr. Leimbach is an experienced specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal, musculoskeletal and sports injuries, electrodiagnosis, chronic pain, and diagnostic and therapeutic neural blockade.

Dr. Leimbach enjoys body building/weight lifting, skiing, scuba diving, hiking, and mountain biking.
